This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of MyShoeCharm’s website (hereinafter “the Site”) and the purchase of products/services from MyShoeCharm. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Quality & Warranty
The MyShoeCharm website is operated by MyShoeCharm (see Section 9 for official company details). For information on product quality standards, return eligibility, and warranty coverage, please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy (available on the Site).
2. Payment & Orders
2.1 Payment Methods
For safety and convenience, our primary accepted payment method is credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard). We use secure payment processing to protect your financial information (see Section 8 for payment service details).
2.2 Order Cancellation & Revision
We aim to process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so order changes/cancellations are subject to timing:
- Eligible for cancellation/revision: Contact our customer support team (CS@MyShoeCharm.com) immediately after placing your order—we will attempt to adjust or cancel it only if production or shipping has not yet started.
- Not eligible for cancellation/revision: Once an order has entered production (e.g., customized items being crafted) or been dispatched for shipping, we cannot modify or cancel it. For such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
2.3 Order Processing & Delivery
- Processing Time: Standard orders require 2–5 business days for preparation and quality checks. Customized orders may take longer (see the specific product page for exact processing timelines, as customization work adds complexity).
- Delivery Time: After shipping, standard delivery takes 7–10 business days (varies by shipping method, destination address, and local postal service).
- Tracking & Notifications: A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor delivery status online.
- Shipping Estimates: Delivery timelines start from the shipping date, not the order placement date.
- Customer Responsibility: You are liable for any loss (e.g., undelivered packages, returned items) caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
3. Shipping Insurance
At checkout, you may opt for shipping insurance (cost: $1.99) to protect your order during international transit. This insurance provides premium coverage for valuable items, as standard courier insurance offers minimal or no protection.
3.1 Insurance Coverage
We will reship your package free of charge or provide equivalent compensation if:
- You receive a wrong or damaged product.
- Your order is lost while in transit (confirmed by the shipping carrier).
3.2 Insurance Exclusions
The shipping insurance is non-refundable and does not cover:
- Change of mind after the order has been shipped.
- Loss or damage caused by an incorrect/insufficient shipping address provided by you.
3.3 Insurance Value
Insure items for their replacement cost (i.e., the order value at the time of purchase). No additional compensation will be provided beyond this amount.
4. Terms Modifications
MyShoeCharm reserves the right to modify:
- The content, functionality, or rules of the Site;
- These Terms & Conditions;
- The products/services described on the Site;
at any time. Modifications will be posted prominently on the Site, and your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after modifications are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. Disclaimers
MyShoeCharm is not responsible for the following:
- Damage to Silver Products: Loss or damage to silver jewelry caused by:
- Collisions, friction with hard objects;
- Wearing the jewelry during bathing, hot springs, or other water-related activities.
Such damage is not covered by our 90-day return policy.
- Lost Parcels Due to Customer Error: We will not bear losses or provide refunds for parcels lost because of incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by you.
6. Arbitration
If a dispute arises between you and MyShoeCharm and cannot be resolved within 30 days of the dispute occurring, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC). Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the HKIAC Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of filing the arbitration application. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.
7. Eligibility to Use Services
You may not use the Site or accept these Terms if:
- You are not of legal age to form a binding contract with MyShoeCharm;
- You are prohibited by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, your country/region of residence, or the country/region from which you access the Site from receiving MyShoeCharm’s services.
8. Payment Processing Services
