1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order timeline has two key stages: production + shipping—details vary by destination:
- Production Time: All items (including standard and customized styles) require 2–5 business days for handcrafting, quality inspection, and preparation before shipping.
- Shipping Time (after dispatch):
- Continental US: 6–9 business days (standard delivery).
- Canada & 35+ Other Countries/Regions: 3–12 business days (varies by location and local logistics).
Note: During holidays (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), production and shipping may be delayed by 1–3 business days due to high order volume.
2. Can I change the destination country/address of my order?
Changes depend on whether your order has been shipped:
- Before shipping: Contact our support team at CS@MyShoeCharm.com as soon as possible. We will try to update the destination country/address if production has not yet finished.
- After shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot modify the destination country or address once the order has been dispatched (shipping carriers lock address details once packages are in transit).

- Production Stage: 2–5 business days for handcrafting and quality checks (customized items may take the full 5 days to ensure accuracy).
